Our latest improvement to the platform is SnapBack Premium. With SnapBack Premium you can back up your business-critical systems every 15 minutes. That’s a 4x increase over the standard model.

What exactly is a SnapBack?

Put simply, it’s a powerful, modern way to handle backups. Within the environment all backups are handled via SnapBacks. They are designed to eliminate “paused” database time, reduce data loss exposure, and take advantage of dynamic AWS capabilities. They are also optimized for cost reduction using cloud computing economies of scale.

Enabling SnapBack Premium is easy in our self-service portal. To do so as a current client, log in to the portal and select the FileMaker Server instance you want to apply it to in the Manage section. Select Enable. Additional costs apply.
