Time: 11:00 am – 11:45 am

This session will cover the basics of how to get the most out of the flows you can use to replace older Salesforce automations. We’ll share insights on the differences between fast field updates vs. actions and related actions, building triggers and entry conditions, and an overview of different flow elements and when to use them.

The session will conclude with general best practices for flow architecture and an overview of flow trigger explorer. Attendees should leave this session with a greater sense of confidence in what they can do with Record-Triggered Flows and how to strategize migrating workflow rules and process builder flows to flows.
