Soliant Consulting CEO, Bob Bowers, collaborates with Trust Gurus from Trusted Advisor Associates, and the results are eye-opening.
As a consulting firm specializing in customized software solutions, Soliant believes strongly in the ideas espoused by Charles H. Green and Trusted Advisor Associates, the company Green founded in 1995. At Soliant Consulting, we believe that...
Our culture is one of service, and our primary focus lies with crafting excellent, relevant systems that make a positive impact on our clients' businesses.
Given this foundation, Soliant CEO, Bob Bowers, was thrilled to collaborate with Green and his colleagues at Trusted Advisor Associates on a remarkably revealing analysis of research data which gets at the true sources of trustworthiness.
Published in a whitepaper ("So You Think More Expertise Will Make You More Trustworthy? Think Again") co-authored by Green, Bowers and Sandy Styer, leader of TAA's Trust Diagnostics practice, the verifiable findings challenge conventional wisdom. More importantly, the data uncovered provides business leaders with a blueprint on the most effective strategies to build trust.

The information contained in the Whitepaper is the result of thorough analysis of data from over 12,000 respondents to the Trust Quotient Quiz, a proprietary self-assessment instrument used by TAA. From the responses, six distinct Trust Temperaments™ were identified as indicators of an individual's natural inclination for building trust. Understanding the makeup of these distinct temperaments enabled the team of researchers to identify those qualities that best lead to building trust.
"Leading consultants around the globe are learning the value behind the Trusted Advisor theories. Being part of their important work has been exciting, and, well, eye-opening."Bob BowersCEO - Soliant Consulting
Data was mined with the help of a FileMaker database created by Soliant. "The custom database was a critical tool in this study," said Bowers. "It let us slice and dice the information in a variety of ways and quickly test new ideas. From that we were ultimately able to uncover the trends and patterns that led to the conclusions we present in the whitepaper."
