Responsibilities
Soliant Consulting provides custom software development services and is a platinum member of the FileMaker Business Alliance. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for hard-working, reliable, creative, intellectually curious, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Associate FileMaker Developers. You will need to demonstrate a solid educational background (with a GPA of 3.0 or higher) or applicable work experience, and show strong logical problem-solving abilities coupled with superior customer service and communication skills. We will provide you with FileMaker training from some of the most experienced FileMaker developers in the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus.
- You will need to be proficient with and interested in computer systems (either Mac or Windows).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be working with clients, both in person and virtually.
- Curiosity, drive, creativity, and a desire to improve. You will learn FileMaker Pro and other technologies, as needed.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality.
- Disciplined self-starter, able to be highly productive both working alone and in close collaboration with a team.
- Local candidate.
Differentiators
- Experience with our core technologies (Adobe Flex, FileMaker, PHP and SQL).
- Solid knowledge of database systems and concepts through either education or work experience.
