Judging from the dates on all the other blogs on this site I must be talking to a vacuum. I guess I can also assume that FlexFM is but a glimmer in the eye of some long ago retired and forgotten .com web developer. If, perchance, some other lost soul in search of Flex-Flash-FileMaker data exchange happens this way, it would be greatly appreciated if you might offer alternative suggestions on how I might find my way to enlightenment.

Looks like all your How To's talk about Flex 2 and FMS 9. Does FlexFM support Flex 3 and FMS 10? Also, I noticed that there is a Flex 3 Pro. It seems like Pro is required to do any fancy charts, graphs and dashboards. Is that true?

You might be seeing the security sandbox restriction. Google for crossdomain.xml to see how to create a policy file that will allow the Flash Player to fetch data from a foreign server.

I am unable to get any of the sample Flex applications to connect to my Filemaker Server and return data, my Web Publishing Engine is not on localhost but a networked machine. I was able to return data running the FMServer_Sample data application on my machince but none of the Snippit files are working. I've changed all of the server addresses that I can see. Is there something else preventing me from returning Filemaker data when the Flex application is inside my webserver?

Sorry I missed your comment when you posted it.

1120 is not a FileMaker error, and in my poor grasp of French, it looks like you are getting a Compiler error because you are trying to access an undefined property. Assuming your FMRequest id="find", try this instead {find.lastResult.records}
